Jack J. Borton, 64, of Cherry Creek entered into rest at home June 3, 2021 surronded by family.
He was born July 8, 1956 in Jamestown, NY to the late William and Grace (Smiley) Borton.
Jack worked for SKF Aeroengine in Falconer, NY for 38 years retiring in December of 2017. After retirement he went on to maintain The Cherry Creek Central Cemetery for three years.
He enjoyed camping, golfing, boating, dancing (his nickname was happy feet) and loved spending time with family and friends.
Jack is survived by his loving companion of 22 years Mary J. Pulliam; his children Travis J. (Courtney) Borton, Kala L. (Chad Dahl) Simmons and Lindsey M. Pulliam; his grandchildren Addison and Emma Borton, Brandee Pulliam- Dahl, Brayden Simmons and Braxton Pulliam; his siblings Linda (Steve) Gustafson, Nancy (Rob) Jones, Patricia (Barry) Eckwahl and Kathryn Borton also survived by nieces’ nephews and cousins.
Jack was predeceased by his parents.
He was loved by many and was the life of any party with his great sense of humor. Jack enjoyed life to the fullest and loved his family and friends. His grandchildren were a big part of his life.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
