George E Schultz

George E Schultz,  88, made his way to heaven Wednesday, January 28, 2015

He was born July 17, 1926 in Dunkirk, New York the son of Peter and Alta (Madison) Schultz.  George served in the Army during World War II and worked as a machinist for MRC/SKF in Jamestown, NY. George was a member of the SSAFE Rod & Gun Club; Conewango Fire Department and Cherry Creek VFW Post 2522.

He is survived by his daughters Jacalyn Schultz, SuAnn Bishop and Wanda (Dennis) Ahlgren; grandchildren Tammy Schultz, Wendy (Daniel) DePasquale, David (Janet) Schultz , Krystal (Timothy) Plyler, Tiffany (Scott) Bragg , John (Jessica) Fischer , Heather Ahlgren, Sabrina Schultz and Adam Schultz; siblings Mary Lou (Bob) Jolls, Shirley (Tom Gregory) Black; 13 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his loving parents Peter Schultz and Alta Schultz; beloved wife Joan Schultz; his sons Ronald Schultz and Donald (Diane) Schultz and his siblings Donald Schultz, and Geraldine ( Herbert) Moore.

Visitation will be held at the funeral chapel on Friday from 4PM to 8PM 

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11A.M at Hills Funeral Chapel, 478 Route 83 at Balcom Corners South Dayton, NY  David E Schultz of Fellowship Baptist Church will be officiating.  Burial will be in the Treat Memorial Cemetery in Leon,NY.


Dad, I miss you so much. I miss your smile and your jokes and your laugh. I also miss hearing your voice on the phone. I miss coming to visit you and Jackie and hearing you tell one of your story's, and just sitting with you chit chatting. Jackie is with You and Mom and Donnie and Ronnie now. I hope you guys will be all of our "Guardian Angels" RIP Everybody!!!!! Your all in our Hearts And Memories Forever!!!!!!!!!! Love All Of YOU!!!!!!!!!! Miss All Of You!!!!!!!!!!!!!
